Bad eating habits can affect our physical and mental health in a lot of ways. The scientists of Harvard Medical School believe that good food can lead to a good memory. All the storage of the information takes place in the hypothalamus area of the brain.

According to Harvard scientists, if there is a proper supply of oxygen to this part of the brain then the chances of inflammation are reduced. Hence, it can help in increasing the memory power of the brain. Inflammation in the brain occurs due to a lack of nutrients in our diet. Therefore, you must add these food items to your diet to improve your memory power.
